November 11th, 2020
We were notified today that a non-treating staff member tested positive for COVID-19. Upon receiving this information, we consulted our protocols from IDPH and the McLean County Health Department to guide our next steps. Due to health privacy laws, the identity of the non-treating staff member will not be released. Those individual patients who were in from November 9-11, whom we believe may have been in contact with the staff member have already received additional communication. Patients seen during this time frame, that may have been exposed should monitor themselves for any signs of illness for fourteen days from their last visit. If anyone is experiencing symptoms, please contact your local health care provider.
For the safety of our staff and patients, we are temporarily closing our clinic and will reopen on November 23 at 8:30 a.m.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Your health and the well-being of our community will always be our number one priority.
Yours in health,
Dr. Stout, Dr Wesdock, and the chiropractic team at Stout Chiropractic
